Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping:

All items shipped will be arriving via UPS and require a signature at delivery.

Returns:

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be unworn, unused, not damaged and unaltered. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Carin Susann Designs packaging (box, pouch, etc).

If an item will be returned, please contact us at info@carinsusann.com or call 425-224-5639. After determining the reason for return we will issue you a return label to affix to the shipping packaging.

Expedited shipping costs are not included in refund totals.

All personalized items (including, but not limited to, monograms, names, custom sizes and custom designs) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be contacted regarding the return.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different color, size, or chain length. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Store Credit for Returns/Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer store credit for returns or exchanges.
